Our Classes

Dancing Dreams dancers range in age from 3 to 16 and have a wide range of physical and medical challenges that preclude them from participating in "community" dance classes.

Each dancer has a helper -- a high school volunteer who has been trained to work specifically with her to assist during class and the recitals. Learn more about how to become a helper here.

Classes meet weekly and are taught by Joann.

Each year there are two performances:

1. The Nutcracker, for the holiday season performance
2. Spring Recital

The performances are a celebration of the dancer's achievements. There is no admission charge and friends, family, classmates and the community are invited to join in the special day.
